Changing or canceling your subscription
Apple or Google bills your NutriShot AI subscription, so you can cancel, change plans, or get a refund only through the App Store or Google Play.
How to cancel
- Open your subscription settings: on iOS, the Subscriptions section of your Apple account settings; on Android, the Subscriptions section of Google Play
- Find NutriShot AI in the list
- Cancel the subscription and confirm
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. You don't need to email us.
Trials auto-renew
A free trial starts a subscription. When the trial ends, Apple or Google bills you at the plan price unless you cancel first. The monthly plan has a 3-day trial and the annual plan has a 7-day trial. If you only want to try Premium, set a reminder to cancel before the trial ends.
If you cancel during a trial or paid period, you keep Premium until the current period ends.
What happens after canceling
Your Premium access continues until the end of the period you paid for. After that, your account moves to the free plan. Daily AI meal scans, a daily coaching insight, hydration tracking, and your dashboard keep working. Your logged data stays in your account.
Refunds
Apple or Google issues refunds, depending on your platform. Contact Apple Support or Google Play support about your purchase. We can't issue store refunds ourselves.
